Do We Ship To The U.S.?

Yes, we ship to the US and anywhere in the world with the exclusions of some food lines. We mostl ship Healthcare products, supplements, vitamins, toys, chews, dried food, and other accessories.

How Long Does It Take To Receive An Order?

Generally, your order will ship within a few days and you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your item is going to be delayed for any reason beyond two weeks you will receive a phone call or email explaining the situation. We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible.

How Is Shipping Calculated?

We charge flat shipping fees based on the amount of the purchase and for purchases weighing up to 7kg. For international shipping of over 2kg of items, additional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you if the shipping fees for your purchase is over our fixed shipping fees. You must select, with your purchase, a correponding shipping fees. Options to select appears when you checkout. We work with Canada Post for shipping, and the following rates are for regular parcels (2-4 business days):

We ship products from all brands in our portfolio.

What Does Pre-Order Mean?

Pre-order on an item simply means that it may not be in stock for immediate shipping; however it only takes a short amount of time for us to get that item in. For example, if you order an item on a Sunday, in most cases, we may not have that item to ship right away. The item will be sent a next week.

 

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns on regular priced items in the original condition within 30 day’s (refer to Return & Exchange policy). These items must be returned to us by the customer either in our location, or shipped back at the customer expense to our warehouse: 1070 Stone Church Road E, Unit 46, Hamilton, ON L8W 3K8, Canada.
